Tips for BIGGER BICEPS !

A quick tip to try when you're training your biceps next is to stop approx 1 inch from your fully stretched position and then contract straight back to the top squeezing as hard as you can when fully contracted. This keeps the stress on your biceps with constant tension and recruits the maximum amount of muscle fibres giving you maximum gains !
